Spring breakfast


A beautiful spring breakfast featuring our own sunny side up eggs, fresh cut spring turnip greens & chives from the garden!
Turnip greens provide Vitamin C, folate and minerals, so what
can be more springy than that and put a spring in your step!?

I used the turnip greens raw in this dish, but they could be blanched in lightly salted water if you would like them milder. I like the subtle spicyness of greens and these young, small leaves are pretty mild anyway.
